It has selectable output data rate of 200Hz to 12.5kHz with low power dissipation while still being able to measure up to ±2g, ±2000 degrees/s , and −40 to 85 degrees Celsius, respectively.

It utilizes a special mechanical system design to reduce the influence of outer factors, changing the dynamic balance of the sensors to make the vibration rejection system work effectively.
