FMU-16S

The FMU-16S is an array of rectifiers or diodes used in the industrial, commercial, medical and telecommunication equipment. The device was initially designed as a drop in replacement for the discontinued 16S diode array from other manufacturers. The FMU-16S rectifier array utilizes a monolithic structure and features low reverse leakage, fast operation and surge capabilities.The primary application of the FMU-16S is as a bridge rectifier for solar applications and for efficiently generating power for electric grids.
