FPDUAL-W Application Field and Working Principle

FPDUAL-W is a form, fit, and function compatible frame relay access device (FRAD) developed and manufactured by Keystone. The device supports two T1/E1 digital ports to enable frame relay switching and remote access for large enterprise and ISP environments. One of the main features of FPDUAL-W is its ability to combine two separate T1/E1 lines into a single frame relay circuit which provides a cost effective solution to data rates exceeding 1.544 Mbps.

Application Fields

FPDUAL-W is used mainly for frame access and switching for large enterprise and ISP environments.
