The FPF2005 is a digital, programmable Power Distribution Switch, Load Driver, and Analog Multiplexer integrated circuit in an easily deployable, power efficient system-in-package. It is designed for use in FPGA, microprocessor, and other PMIC applications which require low power draw, higher accuracy, and higher-speed response. It features an advanced, fully distributed architecture with distributed clock domains and power domains, which eliminate the need for expensive synchronization and power sequencing external components.
FPF2005 is built on a hybrid power grid, consisting of both high-voltage (HV) and low-voltage (LV) components. This hybrid infrastructure provides greater flexibility in power management, allowing power to be added, shared, and distributed between the HV and LV components.
