The FPF2224 is a dual channel low-side PMOS power switch. It is designed to deliver high current in a wide input voltage range from 3.0 V to 28 V. Its two channels are controlled by a single enable pin. The outputs are completely isolated and can be used for both load switching and controlling low side loads.

The FPF2224 includes a wide range of features such as adjustable threshold voltage and output voltage limiting, active start-up and short circuit protection, shutdown and pulse-width modulation (PWM) control.
