The FPF2501 is an integrated, dual P-channel MOSFET power switch designed to support a wide range of power distribution, load driving, and other power management applications. The device is available in a space-saving SOIC8 package, with the top side of the device being exposed metal to ground (not connected to the input pins). It has a low on-resistance of 8.5mΩ (maximum) at an operating frequency of 2.5MHz, making it highly suitable for switching higher currents at low resistance to reduce power dissipation.
