It is initially cured by heat in an oven or hot air circulation oven at temperatures as low as 120°C. After curing, it forms a soft and flexible film on the surface of the substrate. This film is formulated to provide electrical insulation up to a maximum of 17.5KV per ASTM D 149. It is also designed to protect against track erosion that is caused by galvanic action when different metals are electrically connected or connected by a layer of oxygen and moisture.FPSLDST009M is also formulated to provide superior weathering and UV protection. It is designed to protect the substrate from environmental factors such as UV, ozone, solvents and acids. This helps to extend the lifetime of the substrate and prevent premature failure due to environmental factors.The working principle of FPSLDST009M can be summarized in two simple steps:
