FSCQ1265RTYDTU is a high-performance PMIC (Power Management Integrated Circuit) AC/DC (Alternating/Direct Current) Converter, Offline Switcher that works with an advanced Zero Voltage Transition (ZVT) Boost converter architecture. The device is designed to convert AC line voltages from a wide range of input voltage sources, such as 110VAC to 220VAC and 220VAC to 110VAC, into an adjustable DC output voltage.

The FSCQ1265RTYDTU AC/DC Converter, Offline Switcher offers advanced features such as: high switching frequency, high efficiency, low losses, ZVT topology, and a wide operating temperature range. The device is available in three different package options, SO8, and 3.3 x 3.3mm QFN as well two different voltage ratings, 12V and 15V.

The operating principle behind the FSCQ1265RTYDTU PMIC AC/DC Converter, Offline Switcher is based on the ZVT topology converter. When current flow is initiated in the primary winding of the transformer, the magnetic field that is created thereby induces a voltage in the secondary winding of the transformer. The voltage induced in the secondary winding is proportional to the voltage present in the primary winding, provided that the turns ratio of the transformer is maintained.
