It is able to consistently provide output frequencies between 25MHz and 150MHz despite temperature, humidity or other environmental changes.Working principles of such quartz crystal based components are based upon the ability of quartz to exhibit the Piezoelectric Effect. Quartz is anisotropic in nature, meaning, when an electric field is applied to it, the molecules align themselves in the direction of the applied field and generates a voltage across the layers of the crystal. This voltage is then used to run an oscillator circuit which creates a digital output signal of a certain frequency.The GL061F35IDT is comprised of two essential components, an input stage and an output stage. The input stage is responsible for stabilizing the quartz oscillation frequency and converting the output from the crystal into an analog signal. The second stage is the output stage which then converts the analog signal into a digital electrical signal of the desired frequency.Moreover, the GL061F35IDT can be used in a variety of different applications. Its primary application is as a clock oscillator in computer systems and embedded electronic systems. It can also be used as a radio or television Tuner or as a frequency synthesizer and modulator for the transmission of signals.
