GMC7975C

GMC7975C is a type of LED Dot Matrix and Cluster Display Modules which is widely used in many applications including aerospace, railway, machinery and many more. It eliminates the need for multiple discrete LEDs and instead provides high resolution light through its matrix array of red, orange, blue, green and yellow dots. Each row/dot is energized for a certain period of time (duty cycle) before the next row/dot is energized to produce the desired visuals. This type of display is more efficient from a power consumption point of view as it only uses a small amount of current at any given time. It also allows for more complex designs as each dot can be driven separately.
