NTC thermistors, also known as negative temperature coefficient (NTC) temperature sensors, are thermistors made of sintered semiconductor material, designed as one type of temperature sensing devices. The common structures are thin films, beads, glass encapsulated and epoxy resin structures. GS502J1K temperature sensor is such kind of NTC thermistors.
