GU2CSUS (Growth on Usb or Controllable System Source Unit) is a LED lighting system designed and developed by LEDify. It was developed to solve the problem of lighting when the power supply and controlling system cannot be used simultaneously. GU2CSUS enables precise control over various types of LED lights and can be used in applications such as indoor illumination and signage. GU2CSUS can be used on battery or USB, and can be used as substitute when the power supply and controlling system can’t be used together.

GU2CSUS Working Principle

At the heart of the GU2CSUS is a new chip that supports USB 2.0 and receives real-time control over lighting intensity and color temperature. Working with LEDify’s COB Light Engines and Modules, the chip receives control signals from an external USB device and then adjusts the light intensity and color temperature accordingly. The chip also allows for multiple light levels and temperatures to be adjusted within an area and supports a range of different control modes, including manual control and motion detection.

The GU2CSUS is designed to be used with LEDify’s range of COB Light Engines, which use the latest technology of chip-on-board (COB) LEDs to produce highly efficient and compact illumination. COB LEDs have multiple LEDs mounted on a single substrate and are used to create extremely efficient lighting systems that are highly reliable, with minimal maintenance. The range of LEDify COB Light Engines also come in a range of wattage’s, to suit various applications.

The GU2CSUS works best when used in tandem with LEDify’s LED Modules. LED Modules are the building blocks of LED lighting systems and provide the necessary lighting for a given application. LED Modules offer a simple and cost-effective way to achieve precise lighting levels and vary color temperature. They can also be used to provide additional illumination on existing LED lighting systems without additional wiring or components.
