Optoisolators are integrated circuit devices that convert electrical signals into optical signals, and vice versa. The H11D3300W is a type of optoisolator that operates via transistor-photovoltaic output. The device features an opto-isolator core, consisting of an infrared LED, a phototransistor and a voltage transfer circuit, that has the ability to optically and electrically isolate two circuits. The H11D3300W is further enhanced by a thermal protection circuit which prevents the LED from overheating.
The H11D3300W is mainly used in electronic circuits to provide electrical signal protection from instruments, motors, current meters,and other peripherals.
