H4110KBZA is a non-inductive, precision, axial-leaded, wirewound resistor from IAL. It is especially designed for applications requiring low thermal EMF and excellent pulse handling characteristics. It offers good high frequency stability, as well as temperature stability. Construction of H4110KBZA consists of a Bobbin-wrapped, Nickel-Chromium resistance element, a robust Nickel-Chromium alloy matrix and is housed in an epoxy coated Aluminum Alloy case. The parts undergo a proprietary trim-and-burn process so that it maintains highly-accurate nominal resistance values. H4110KBZA has a maximum power rating of up to 10W and operating temperature range of -55°C to +125°C.The operating principle of H4110KBZA is based on the Ohm\'s Law which states that the current passing through a conductor is governed by the continuous relationship between Voltage (V) and Resistance (R). When the Voltage is applied to the resistor, a measurable current will flow through it. The current is directly proportional to the Voltage and inversely proportional to the Resistance. Therefore, a higher resistance will result in lower current flow. The stable, consistent Limiting Element of H4110KBZA helps to regulate the Voltage and current passing through it, which in turn, helps to protect any device connected downstream from damage due to any sudden surge in current flow. This type of resistor is durable and robust and is widely used in a variety of applications such as Automotive Electronics, NetID, Telephone Circuits, Transformer Drivers, Consumer Electronics, Professional Audio, Computer Building, and DIY Electronic Modules. H4110KBZA is also very useful for providing protection against transient Voltage surges. It provides optimized performance for high frequency applications by having an ultra low DCR due to the Bobbin three-layer construction.
