HCD-12B is a multi-function product and its application field and working principle are both very varied. First, HCD-12B is a two-stage vapor recovery system that is widely used for compressor stations and crude oil storage tank cleaning. Specifically, it uses an unique two-stage vapor recovery technology to recover the gas vapor in the atmosphere, and completely separating the vapors from the liquid phase components, such as H2S, VOC, and chlorides. In addition, HCD-12B has excellent oil-free technology. By recycling of the evacuated vapor, it can reduce the emission of fugitive gases to environment, meet the requirements of government and other organizations, and have perfectly solved a variety of gas pollution environmental problems. Furthermore, the working principle of HCD-12B is quite simple. It adopts a thermodynamic cycle which combines a compressor with a regenerator to effectively achieve the desired performance of the system. It is equipped with a low pressure compressor which is used to increase the wind pressure to the desired level. Then, the vapor goes through the regenerator where the excess heat is transferred from process air. This increases pressure and recovers the heat in the vapor stream that was generated during the vaporization. After that, the hot vapor is sent back to the tank location and is injected into the tank\'s vapor space.Finally, the condensed liquid is then pumped out to a storage tank. The vapors which have been reduced to a condensable temperature, are then returned to the suction side of the compressor, thus closing the cycle. The cycle repeats and continues until the vapor pressure in the system reaches a certain set point. Through this cycle, the efficiency of HCD-12B can reach up to 95%, providing a much better performance than traditional systems, which are typically only 50 to 80%.In conclusion, HCD-12B has many useful applications and its working principle is relatively easy to comprehend.
