The HCPL-7720-320E is a logic output optoisolator, which combines an LED and detector in a single package designed to safely isolate digital signals.This optoisolator is offered in a 6-pin through-hole dual-in-line package and is designed to work with any logic supply voltage from 3.0V to 15V for both input and output. The isolation voltage is 500VDC and it has a minimum current transfer ratio of 100%.The HCPL-7720-320E is made of gallium arsenide and is well suited for circuits requiring high current sinking capability.
