It also features low electromagnetic interference (EMI) and support for low-voltage applications. The HCS200T-I/SN IC utilizes a low-power, High-Speed CAN transceiver design that ensures reliable communication between ECUs in the vehicles. It supports baud rates up to 1 Mbps and operates over a temperature range of -40℃ to +85℃. It is also capable of handling short-circuit protection and bus line fault protection, as well as power-up/down pulse protection. With its integrated protection features, the HCS200T-I/SN provides modules with a high degree of operational protection.The HCS200T-I/SN working principle is based on the CAN protocol, the standard protocol used in in-vehicle networks. CAN employs data frames with different length and tiers. The HCS200T-I/SN transceives the CAN data frames between the vehicle nodes and ECUs. It can transmit and receive data at speeds up to 1 Mbps. The HCS200T-I/SN consists of three main components: the microcontroller-based transceiver, receiver, and driver. The microcontroller-based transceiver is responsible for data transfer between the vehicle nodes and ECUs. The receiver component receives the data from the transceiver and the driver component transmits the data from the microcontroller-based transceiver. The HCS200T-I/SN is a reliable, high-precision and low-power device for automotive applications. The integrated protection features make it ideal for vehicles, hybrids and electric vehicles.
