HD-600-3B is a three-phase high-end frequency converter developed by Xinhua Technology Co., Ltd. The working principle of HD-600-3B is mainly composed of power supply, control unit and power circuit. The power supply is mainly composed of rectification, voltage regulation, filtering and other parts. The control unit is composed of signal processing card, variable frequency storage and collection card. The power circuit is composed of switching tube SCR, thyristor, snubber circuit and semi-conductor power tube.

The main control circuit of HD-600-3B consists of two parts: current loop circuit and speed loop circuit. The basic process of HD-600-3B operation is: the control signal is sent to the filter circuit for rectification and then sent to SCR for power switching, the AC motor speed is controlled by controlling the output of SCR; and then the current loop is started, and the motor current and voltage are measured externally to detect the operating parameters of the motor; adjust the PWM duty cycle and driving frequency to control the motor speed; finally, through two-stage control of PID control, the speed loop will make the final correction of the error.
