Magnetic sensors, such as linear, compass (ICs), are devices used to detect and measure changes in magnetic fields. As a member of magnetic sensors, HG106C is widely used to detect motions and voltage in automation systems. It is an integrated sensor solution that combines Hall effect based linear position sensing and magnetic angular rate sensing to detect motions and voltage in motor control systems.

The field of application of HG106C mainly contains three aspects.Firstly,xIt is widely applied in electric drive motors,such as fan, pump, compressor and so on. Secondly, it could be used in the platform stabilization control system to measure the angular rate and linear position of the platform. Last but not least, it can be widely used in large-scale industrial production lines. Generally, HG106C can be used to monitor the motor\'s position and rate of change, enabling better control over the system.

The working principle of HG106C is based on the relationship between magnetic field and electric field. It uses a Hall effect based voltage and current sensing to detect the change in the magnetic field due to the movement of the motor being monitored. This voltage and current sensing is used to calculate the current, velocity, or position of the motor. The HG106C also has two built-in temperature sensors to detect the temperature of the motor and its surroundings. This pattern not only amplifies the sensitivity, but also increases the overall accuracy and resolution of the motion and voltage sensing.

HG106C has two distinct sensor capabilities which include linear and compasses sensing.The linear sensing capabilities allow the device to sense the linear motion of the motor, such as the speed and position.The compasses sensing capabilities can detect the change in the angular rate of the motor.The microcontroller in the HG106C can be programmed to measure, analyze and process the data from the linear and compasses sensing elements.
