HIN239CB is a high-speed monolithic CMOS device, which is in the family of the HIN239C Interface - Drivers, Receivers, Transceivers. It is specially designed for applications in wide range of systems including communications, computing, industrial control and consumer products.This device provides dual uhf low-power, high-speed differential input/output drivers, receivers and transceivers with built-in advanced protection features. It features low power dissipation, wide operating temperature range, low electromagnetic interference and superior performance in tough environment. With its wide range of features, HIN239CB is ideal for applications requiring a robust, low-cost device.The working principle of HIN239CB is based on the concept of customisable transceiving (CT). Customisable transceiving technology refers to the use of multiple components in a single device to enable communication via the widely used I2C or SPI bus. This allows the device to detect, adjust, control and interface communication between the two components.HIN239CB is designed to be used in applications such as I2C/SPI bus communication, smart home, power and lighting communications and low voltage industrial controllers. In addition, it is suitable for high-speed serial bus communications, where the device can operate up to 9.6 Mbps and generate output signals up to +5V. HIN239CB provides both differential transmit and receive outputs, allowing designers to connect multiple devices for increased system integrity and flexibility. It also features differential line impedance of 50Ω and fully compliant with ESD standards. Moreover, the device has built-in limiter and differential line current protection up to 25mA deliver superior noise immunity and system stability. In addition to its built-in protective features, HIN239CB also provides a flexible power supply range and adjustable supply current range, which supports multiple power modes and suits different applications. Furthermore, the built-in thermal protection circuit ensures proper operation in a wide temperature range up to +125°C.
