The HMC351S8E is a passively balanced RF Mixer and make up a crucial link in the signal chain within the receiver and transmitter architectures for high dynamic range applications. Unlike the balanced mixers that use a single balanced diode in an RF signal chain, the use of HMC351S8E effectively doubles the linearity in new applications, which can allow users to bring the power of RF & microwave systems to new levels.
