Application Field & Working Principle

The HR25-PC-211 is designed primarily for use in Termination Board Systems for connection between wires and power applications. It features a 20amp rating, ensuring suitability for power applications. Its contacts are evenly spaced and spring-loaded, providing easy enfacement and a secure connection.

The contact is designed with three components: a contact pin, a contact ring and a screw-on nut. The contact pin is connected to a cable, while the contact ring is inserted into the Termination Board system. The contact pin and contact ring should be fastened with the screw-on nut. This ensures a reliable connection can be made by snapping the contact pin into the contact ring.

The HR25-PC-211 features improved damping characteristics, allowing it to remain stable even if exposed to vibration. This is a result of the contact pin being precision engineered to minimize contact spring leaning and reduce contact pressure.
