Working Principle
The working principle of HS072 is based on the principle that the air pressure and the motion of the piston are inversely proportional. When the pressure in the cylinder is high, the motion of the piston is small; when the pressure in the cylinder is low, the motion of the piston is large. The basic structure of the cylinder is composed of an outer cylinder tube, an inner cylinder tube and a piston. The piston is connected to the outer cylinder by a connecting rod on the piston. When the cylinder tube is filled with compressed air, the force of the air pressure on the surface of the piston is transmitted through the connecting rod, so that the piston can move in the cylinder.
When the pressure in the cylinder is increased, the force of the air pressure on the piston increases correspondingly, and the motion of the piston is reduced. Once the pressure value reaches a certain value, the piston will stop moving. When the pressure of the cylinder is reduced, the air pressure force on the piston surface is reduced correspondingly, and the piston moves in the cylinder. Therefore, the motion state of the piston is controlled by the on and off of the air pressure. The change of the pressure is accurately converted into the motion of the piston, so as to achieve the purpose of controlling the precise stroke of the cylinder.
