HSM160G/TR13 Application Field and Working Principle

HSM160G/TR13 is a hyperfast recovery diode. It is designed for use in high-frequency fast-recovery switches and rectification applications, and is suitable for general-purpose power switching applications as well. It is manufactured using the latest advanced surface mount package for high-current capability, high-speed performance and high surge capability.
