LED Thermal Products has been used extensively in various industries for their energy efficient, high brightness, and small size. HSSLS-CALCL-005 is an LED Thermal Product from the 8th generation of products which has been designed and developed for high-output applications which require low operating temperatures.
The HSSLS-CALCL-005, features advanced thermally adhesive technology to ensure superior thermal performance and a minimal induction heating surface which greatly reduces the risk of overheating. This product is suitable for high-output applications and is capable of providing up to 400W of pulsed output power and 150W of continuous output power. It also offers a current of 0.5A to 3A, depending on the application.
The HSSLS-CALCL-005’s optical design offers a wide range of applications and can be used for outdoor or indoor illumination. The product utilizes an array of high power LEDs which provides excellent light uniformity and color rendering. Furthermore, the product is designed to function in a wide range of climates, from temperatures ranging from -20 degrees to +60 degrees. Additionally, the product is designed for use with both open- and closed-circuit systems.
The HSSLS-CALCL-005 is equipped with a microcontroller-based brain which is responsible for providing high precision control over the output. The microcontroller is designed to handle a wide range of different input signals such as 0-10Vdc, ±12Vdc, PWM, and 1-12Vdc. Using this technology, the product is capable of working with different control schemes and can also be set up to be remote-controlled for lighting applications.
At the heart of the product is the patented thermal design which uses an aluminum substrate and thermo-elastomer material to provide superior thermal efficiency and cooling. This unique design dispenses heat away from the LEDs and is capable of achieving temperatures up to 50 degrees Celsius when used in high-output applications. The product also allows for passive cooling when used in low-output applications.
In addition to its optics and thermal management design, the HSSLS-CALCL-005 is also capable of achieving efficient energy savings. The product contains energy-saving circuitry and a reduced standby mode which minimize energy consumption. The product is built with high-precision components, which ensures a low failure rate and a long lifespan.
