Logic - Shift Registers

The HV57908PG-G is a high-voltage parallel-out serial shift register (POSR) capable of controlling up to 8-bits of digital logic at high-voltage level, up to 26V. It is a right-moving unidirectional serial data shift register, designed for multiple-level logic, utilizing dynamic logic and overflow. The logic of the HV57908PG-G begins with the serial input register and ends with the parallel output register. The shift register can also be used as a 8-bit parallel-in serial-out shift register (PISO) on a common core.

The HV57908PG-G is capable of reliably operating at high-voltage levels up to 26V, making it suitable for industrial, consumer, and other high-voltage applications. The 1.8V supply voltage allows for easy integration into a wide range of digital systems.

The HV57908PG-G shifts all data serially, right-to-left, through the staging registers. The last bit shifted out of the input register is provided as the first bit to the output register, providing parallel output data.
