Working Principle

The ICB18L50F08NO operates on three different sensing technologies: photoelectric type, reflection type and normally open type. On the photoelectric type, when an object is detected, the light from the emitter is blocked from the receiver. On the reflection type, the light reflected by a target is blocked by the receiver. On the normally open type, the gap between a target and the receiver is more than 2mm, and the signal is released when the target approaches the receiver.
