The efficiency of the device is up to 90%, while the switch frequency is programmed from 30kHz to 100kHz. The ICF0442V1PC also features a low quiescent current of 6mA and low shut down current of 5uA. This device offers high switching frequency of up to 300kHz, making it suitable for high efficiency applications.

The ICF0442V1PC also features an integrated high current output stage capable of delivering up to 3A output current with excellent EMI management. The device is also designed with Proportional Voltage Adjustment (PVA) which determines how much voltage is supplied to the load according to the specified load parameter.
