The ICS954129BF uses a three-stage fractional frequency synthesizer structure to generate two independent programmable clocks. This technique is used to generate two precise clock outputs from a variety of internal clock sources. The device features an internal reference oscillator, a PLL loop filter, a VCO and output dividers. The internal PLL loop filter is designed to filter out the unwanted harmonics generated by the VCO.
