The IDT23S08E-5HDCGI is a programmable, fractional-N PLL and clock generator integrated circuit (IC) with a wide operating range. It combines a mixer, digital divider, VCO, and control logic in one clock IC and is suitable for clock and data distribution applications, as well as clock and timing synchronization and conversion purposes.
