IFX91041EJVXUMA1 is a monolithic integrated DC-DC step-down power switch from Infineon\'s Bold Family of regulators and is specifically designed for high power applications with up to 8A load. This switch combines high efficiency and low power loss with low ripple, low component count and excellent thermal performance. As part of the Bold Family of power components, it offers excellent protection and power management functions, such as Under Voltage Lock-out (UVLO), Over-Current and thermal protection, as well as brown-in/brown-out (BIBO) operation.

The IFX91041EJVXUMA1 is an ideal choice for Industrial, Automotive and Telecom applications. It can convert a wide input voltage (from 6V up to 28V) into an adjustable output voltage (0.9V to 18V) at up to 8A of load current. Working Principle:

The IFX91041EJVXUMA1 is based on Infineon\'s MOSFET technology and features a voltage mode control scheme. It is also equipped with an integrated low-loss driver and boosted gate voltage, both of which allow the device to switch at frequencies up to 3MHz.
