Introduction
Inductive Magnetic Position Sensor (ILMPU5) is widely used in the industrial control and monitoring sector to identify objects, measure displacement and changes in position. The core powersection contains specialized power semiconductor devices that are used to minimize the power consumption in the application while improving the accuracy and sensing range of the sensor. The AC voltage applied to the coil feeds energy to the core power section and the pulse-width modulation (PWM) signal is used to modulate the flux of the induction coil to detect changes in the sensor environment.Application Field
