INA105AM is a high-performance single-supply instrumentation amplifiers designed for a wide range of applications, from general purpose sensing and control to precision test and measurement. Produced by Intersil Corporation, the INA105AM has an exceptionally low noise floor, high slew rates and high common-mode rejection ratio which makes it ideal for data acquisition and signal conditioning applications where low noise, precision measurements are required. This versatile device is capable of driving ADC’s and precision discrete components, making it easy to use in a broad range of instrumentation applications.
The INA105AM is available in two packages: the 8-DIP and the Surface Mounted Device. The 8-DIP allows easy prototyping on breadboards or through-hole boards and is suitable for applications on desktop or benchtop instruments. The SMD package provides a higher level of performance and is ideal for automated assembly and higher-density requirements.
The INA105AM is a standard operational amplifier (OPAMP) with adjustable gain and bandwidth. It includes bandwidth control by means of an external resistor and capacitor, a common-mode input range extending beyond ground and a unique high-rate common-mode rejection amplifier. The gain and 9bandwidth control provide the user with a wide range of gain settings for specific applications, such as low-frequency sensing applications with a low differential output and high-frequency transducer applications with a high differential output.
The INA105AM uses a single supply voltage of between 5V and 30V, which makes the device ideal for low-voltage applications, allowing the device to be powered from a 9V battery or a USB port.
