The INA141UG4 is a four channel, low power, low cost, CMOS instrumentation amplifier intended for general purpose instrumentation, RTD and thermocouple amplifiers, and transducer amplifiers. The INA141UG4 has a ½ opamp topology consisting of three amplifiers, a fixed gain expander, and a buffer amplifier. The INA141UG4 consumes 350 microamps of current and operates on 3.3V to 5V single supply operation at room temperature.

The INA141UG4 is available in 8-pin PDIP, 8-pin SOIC, 8-pin TSSOP, and 8-pin micro SMD packages. It is rated for -40°C to +85°C extended temperature operation. With its low current consumption and high input impedance, the INA141UG4 is an ideal choice for battery powered, portable applications.
