Integrated System Semiconductor (ISS) IRU1261CT is a triple-output Voltage Regulator Module (VRM) class switching regulator controller specifically designed for use in processor core-supplying applications. It is a component of the ISS Power+ family. The IRU1261CT occupies the special purpose category of PMIC (Power Management Integrated Circuits) voltage regulators.
The IRU1261CT VRMs are intended for applications that require the regulation of multiple, independent channels to supply processor core and related systems. These devices feature a DC/DC synchronous (buck) converter topology, with two independent and isolated outputs and a third controller output, dedicated to enabling the first two outputs. IRU1261CT VRMs are configured with input voltages in the range of 5 V to 39 V and feature a single programmable output voltage per channel in the range of 0.7 V to 4 V.
