ISL1903FAZ-T is an integrated PMIC – LED driver designed for automotive lighting applications. The device combines a synchronous DC/DC buck regulator, an inductive step-down regulator, and up to three floating, low-side, low-side MOSFET drivers in a single package. This combination provides a complete driver solution for powering high-voltage (HV) LED strings from an automotive 12V or 24V system, while supporting a wide range of applications from control lighting to high current situations.
