ISL6425ER-T

The ISL6425ER-T is a 12A synchronous buck converter integrated power module with a four-phase interleaved architecture, allowing the device to operate at very low output ripple up to 96% efficiency. It is designed with wide 16.1 to 45V input voltage range, over-temperature and short-circuit protection, as well as a power good flag.
