The ISL6446IAZ-T is a configurable and scalable high-efficiency integrated PMIC (Power Management IC) voltage regulator solution from Intersil. This device combines efficient linear regulators, and a high efficiency switch-mode power controller along with comprehensive solutions for power management, combining Active-High and Active-Low enable pins to provide designers the flexibility to enable and disable multiple rails of the system in an adjustable and varied manner. It features a wide operating temperature range of -40°C to 85°C, and provides up to 98% efficiency in many applications.
