Additionally, the adaptive peak current control and high-frequency current-mode control allows the switching frequency to be programmed up to 800kHz and fine-tuned to extract maximum efficiency while still maintaining low input ripple.

The ISL6844IRZ-T also supports a wide range of protection features such as overvoltage protection (OVP), undervoltage protection (UVP), output overcurrent protection, current sensing protections, integrated over-temperature protection, dead time protection, and programmable jitter or delay to reduce the peak currents in both input and output.
