ISL8013AIRZ-T7A is a DC-DC switching regulator, part of the PMIC (Power Management IC) family. It is designed for applications where power regulation with high efficiency is required. This device is a buck regulator with an adjustable output voltage and a maximum current of up to 1.1 A. The ISL8013AIRZ-T7A has an on-board power MOSFET and includes a low-noise Frequency Foldback (FFR) for ensuring high efficiency at light loads. The ISL8013AIRZ-T7A is a high-efficiency DC-DC converter, providing up to 96% efficiency due to its high-frequency Mode-Selective Frequency Foldback (FRF). This feature allows the device to adjust its operating frequency according to the load current, thus reducing switching losses and improving efficiency at light loads. The output voltage of this device can be adjusted between 1.3 and 17V with the help of an external resistor divider.The ISL8013AIRZ-T7A operates in Pulse Frequency Modulation (PFM) or Pulse Width Modulation (PWM) modes, depending on the output voltage and load current. The device can be enabled or disabled by an external control voltage, allowing the user to reduce current consumption and conserve energy.
