The ISL9000IRLLZ is a high performance, low drop out linear voltage regulator. This voltage regulator has a wide input voltage range from 0.9 V to 20 V and can output voltages as low as 0.1 V. The ISL9000IRLLZ features a low voltage dropout of less than 0.3 V at 1 A, high efficiency of up to 93% at 3 A, thermal protection and reverse current protection, PGOOD for load disconnection and pre-biased operation, a compensation pin for improved output accuracy over temperature, and programmable output voltages between 0.1 V and 5 V. It also allows for operating frequencies up to 1 MHz. The ISL9000IRLLZ is a versatile voltage regulator with a wide range of application fields.
