ISL9001IRMZ-T Voltage Regulator is an integrated, low quiescent current, linear regulator system intended for energy-sensitive, portable applications such as laptop computer, palmtops and mobile computing products. ISL9001IRMZ-T Voltage Regulator is available in very small surface-mount packages, allowing it to be used in space-constraint applications. High power dissipation and low noise are also two of its main features.

ISL9001IRMZ-T is a single-supply regulator with an operating voltage range of 3V to 12V, and has an adjustable output voltage of up to 15V. Output current is capable of up to 500mA. ISL9001IRMZ-T is a CMOS-based low-power device, featuring low power dissipation and low noise. In addition, ISL9001IRMZ-T supports adjustable fixed output and logic-enabled on/off setting.
