The ISL9014AIRBJZ-T is a high-efficiency, low-dropout (LDO) linear regulator chip produced by Intersil. It is used in the regulation step down of the DC / DC output voltage of various electronic devices, such as mobile phones and portable media players, and can provide an output voltage of up to 5V.
