The ISL9114AIRCCZ is a voltage regulator controller with integrated power device. The Dynamic Output Voltage Setting (DOVS) feature provides this fine control by changing the length of tON_max. The adjustment range is -130mV to +130mV. The Setting Select pin (SEL) allows the user to select one of the six DOVS voltage settings when a global setting is desired. The device also provides Adaptive On-Time Control (AOTC) to regulate the tON_max and further optimize switching energy.

The ISL9114AIRCCZ also supports Over Current Protection (OCP) which shuts off the power switch and brings Vin to Vout to protect the power circuit under abnormal conditions. Thermal Shutdown (TSD) is also supported for controlling excessive temperature conditions.

The ISL9114AIRCCZ can be used in a wide variety of applications. It is ideal for small power converters requiring up to 1A, such as portable devices, low-end CPUs, digital picture frames and LCD displays.
