Working Principle of ISL95833BHRTZ

ISL95833BHRTZ works in two stages. In the first stage, the gate bias voltage is applied to the FET gate, which determines the initial FET resistance. In the second stage, the gate current is decreased as the FET resistance increases, reducing the bight current and thus the voltage drop across the FET.
