JS1-9V Application Field and Working Principle

JS1-9V is a direct-acting release with a rated operating current of up to 9A. The built-in coil is composed of a solenoid core, a coil and other auxiliary components. The function of the electric level is realized by the action of the solenoid core. It has the advantages of small size, light weight and large electric level.

JS1-9V\'s application fields include air conditioners, copiers, communications, display equipment, domestic appliances, factory automation, food machinery, health care, lawn mowers, office automation, ovens, refrigeration, robotic, vending machines and water heaters, etc.

The working principle of JS1-9V is relatively simple. When the electromagnetic coil is energized, the plunger is pulled in to actuate the switch contacts which completes the circuit. When the magnetic field drops, the plunger is released and the switch contacts open. The force of the plunger return spring then closes the contacts so that the current flows in the opposite direction and the cycle repeats itself.

The function of the JS1-9V is to turn the current on or off, so it is suitable for controlling one device. It is mainly used in AC applications. However, it can also be used in DC applications. Moreover, its switch will normally be closed and opened by external signals like momentary pulses.

JS1-9V is also very reliable and safe. It has an overvoltage protection, meaning that the coil will not be energized if the voltage exceeds the rated voltage. Additionally, it has an overcurrent protection that will automatically shut down the current and prevent the coil from burning out due to excessive current.
