The JW150C1 utilizes the buck-boost topology, a type of non-isolated switching converter with a low output voltage. In this topology, the input voltage is stepped down or up depending on the required output voltage by controlling the on and off time of a switching device.The JW150C1 is a highly efficient DC-DC converter with a maximum efficiency of 95%. It has an operating temperature range from -40°C to +105°C with an input voltage range of 4.5V to 28V and an output voltage range of 2.5V to 28V. It features wide input voltage and very low standby current of 15µA, as well as over-current protection, over-temperature protection, and under-voltage lock out (UVLO). The JW150C1 is suitable for numerous applications using solar cells, lithium ion batteries, and distributed power systems. Its wide range of voltage input and output makes it ideal for use in a variety of battery-powered systems, such as medical devices, robots, consumer electronics, and automotive electronics.
