Working Principle of JWS6003

The core of the JWS6003 is a high-efficiency synchronous rectification circuit which uses the two level voltage detector circuit and a gate drive circuit to drive high-power switching MOSFETs. The pulse width modulation (PWM) circuit and a driver circuit are also incorporated into the design. The PWM circuit controls the maximum switching frequency and adjusts the output voltage with a low-loss magnetic sink type transformer. The JWS6003 uses a regulated voltage inverter design which provides high-performance and reliability, and gives rise to an efficiency of up to 87.5%. It also has a high-frequency magnetizing inductor which reduces the radiated noise and improves the overall efficiency of the converter.
