Working Principle

The KC2016K12.2880C1GE00 oscillator works by using an alternating current (AC) to cause the oscillating current to vibrate back and forth at a desired frequency. It features an integrated SiGe BiCMOS process with proven low-power design techniques to allow for efficient operation while delivering excellent performance. The oscillator is designed to provide programmable frequency output within a wide range of frequency, from 0.6MHz to 200Mhz, with a frequency stability of ±100ppm. It also includes features such as easy programming, low electrical noise, low jitter and a programmable remote monitoring system.
