Oscillators

The KK3270052 oscillator is a temperature-controlled oscillator (TCXO) developed by Bi Technology, incorporated on the model KK327C-14/15. It works at a frequency range of 14 to 15 MHz, and can be used with either a CMOS/TTL logic supply or an analog voltage supply.

Application Field

The KK3270052 oscillator is ideal for numerous applications in the frequency range of 14 to 15 MHz. It is suitable for usage in the most sensitive of applications, such as communication, instrumentation, and medical electronics, as it eliminates the need for variable or dynamic changes in frequency. The KK3270052 is robust, capable of surviving temperature ranges of -55°C to +105°C.

Working Principle
